How the story goes

It starts off with Squirrel explaining about dogs and reminiscing his past then the story starts.

Bone and Squirrel were born in a shed. A few weeks later his mother and a threat to them a Fox called Mine disappears. Bone decides to leave, and Squirrel followed him. When they forage for food at the mall, savage dogs threaten them. Then Bone gets taken as a pet and Squirrel finds a new friend, a dog called Moon. Moon got caught in an accident but survives. They travel together through many villages. Then Moon dies from her injury at the accident and Squirrel finds a new home with a kind old lady. By now Squirrel is very old.

What I thought about it

The book is so good that I can visualize every page as a movie. It has a sad beginning and an okay middle and a great ending. I really liked the book.
