Sphero Bolt

Hello! This is a review about a robot called Sphero BOLT. Sphero BOLT is a ball shaped robot which is very cool. It has several sensors to make it even cooler like a gyroscope, an ambient light sensor, an infrared sensor and a few more. It also has an LED matrix screen and a few LEDs. It also has a pair of motors used to move.

Sphero BOLT is created by the company Sphero which has also made littlebits, BOLT, RVR, and Specdrums.

How to use it.

It needs to be charged for about 6 hours and will last for at least to 2 hours of constant play. Its charger is shaped like an inverted dome. Once it is charged you can use it on Sphero Edu or Sphero play.

Sphero Edu

Sphero Edu is an app which allows you to code any robot from the Sphero company. You can code in JavaScript, code blocks, and even draw a design on your device for Sphero to trace on the floor.

Sphero Play

Sphero play is the kind of app designed to establish fun while playing with Sphero. Unlike Sphero Edu you can only use the sphere-shaped robots on this app. There are games, different drive modes and easy codes. There are different apps for Star Wars and Ollie.

What I think about Sphero BOLT

Sphero BOLT is my favorite toy. It is extremely good. I love it a lot. I am looking forward to exploring more options. Bye!
